President Putin declared today, March 21, a national day of mourning. So far this week three tragic events have taken place in Russia. On Monday there was a plane crash. Then Tuesday morning there was an explosion in a mine. Tuesday afternoon a nursing home caught on fire. All together these accidents have caused well over a hundred deaths.
