Hugs and Kisses

One thing I love about Russia is the hugs and kisses. Women always greet each other with a hug and a kiss. Kids and youth are the same way. In America I had to be so careful when I touched children and here it is completely different. Kids sit in your lap and cuddle. They hug you and kiss you. There is nothing wrong with being touchy feely, it's even expected. Being here alone it is nice to have so much physical contact, it helps me not feel so alone.
